Originally conceived as a small country villa by the renowned Moroccan architect Elie Mouyal, Dar Batma has evolved into a luxurious family villa with 6 double bedrooms, including 4 suites and 2 children's bedrooms. Nestled in the heart of a vast private park in the palm grove of Marrakech, this exquisite residence is a mere 15 minutes from the city center.

The interior living spaces exude comfort and charm, featuring fireplaces, large sofas, and inviting reading chairs. Carefully adorned with local crafts, luxury rugs, as well as classic and oriental paintings, the interiors create a warm and welcoming ambiance. Additional bedrooms can be made available upon request, particularly suited for children.

Dar Batma enchants with its multiple courtyards, garden areas, and terraces, providing ample lounge space and intimate corners for relaxation. A seguia, a small irrigation canal, meanders quietly through the vast garden adorned with flowers, fruit trees, and an array of colors.
