Villa Establis is a luxury rental villa of 800m2 located in Palma, it stands out for its location which is 10 minutes by car from the city centre and it’s surrounded by many Mediterranean cuisine restaurants and beautiful countryside with views of the Sierra de Tramuntana.
The villa has 12 bedrooms with double bed and 13 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 24 people. There are two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor bar, gym, salt water pool and chill out area. It also has a massage room and specialised equipment for bicycles that includes a storage and repair desk.

The pool and the outdoor area: Enjoy the sunny weather of Mallorca while you dip in the salt water pool. The perfect way to escape the Mediterranean heat is in our pool while you can enjoy your company and the surrounding area. By the pool there are sunbeds, a Balinese bed and sofas where you can enjoy a drink from our pool bar.
Outside Chill out area This is the ideal place where you can disconnect and let yourself be carried away by the surrounding views, the quietness of the place and the relaxed atmosphere while you have a drink from the pool bar. The best way to enjoy your holiday on the island. This is a place designed for you in order to disconnect and relax.
The kitchen and the dining room On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen to use when and how you want. There is a large dining room too where you can find a big wood table and chairs that can accommodate up to 14 people , overlooking the pool area and the Serra de Tramuntana mountains. All available for you to enjoy when and with whom you want during your stay.
Lobby and living room In the lower ground floor there is a large living room with a lounge area where you can disconnect, read, watch TV and get to know people while you can also use the bar area. You will find alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks in the bar at your disposal. There is also a skylight window, overlooking the pool area.
Massage room and gym At Villa Establis we believe in the wellbeing of the body and mind through sports and exercises, this is why you can find a gym area on the lower ground floor, where you can enjoy exercise surrounded by a comfortable environment. The Arnold Classic Gym at this villa is a fully equipped gym for your wellbeing at your disposal. There is also a massage room.
On the first floor - 4 Bedrooms with terrace and 140cm double beds. These 4 bedrooms are on the first floor and they have a private terrace. They have a double bed of 140cm and they have an en suite bathroom with a shower.
