The access to the house is made through a hall of 80 square meters. Bonair Sky does not turn its back on its natural surroundings at any time, quite the opposite. This luxurious house is amongst the sea and in the mountain range of Tramontana. The main living area occupies 100 square meters and is presided over by a large fireplace.

On the ground floor we find a large spa area with a 12 meter long indoor swimming pool, turkish bath, jacuzzi, floating tank and hydromassage shower.
The exterior of Bonair Sky is adjacent to a protected natural space. The tropical vegetation is predominant in its extensive garden, which has centralized irrigation. At the edge of the garden is a pool of 17 meters. On the ground arranged in terraces, we find the tennis court, the greenhouse and walking areas through the tropical gardens.
