There is no air conditioning in the communal areas (hall and living room). These areas can be kept cool by keeping the shutters and windows closed during the day and opening up in the cooler evening in the traditional way.
There is no indoor dining area. The dining area is located at the outdoor kitchen area.
Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property.
