This is a rural, residential area and so some owners will have animals such as chickens and cockerels (there are chickens in the garden at Tramuntana Farmhouse!)

A car is required to fully enjoy the property and the area.

With excessive use, the water can be used quicker than the well can refill. This is easily fixed but to be conscious of usage
