The villa is surrounded by a 12,000 m² plot of Mediterranean land adorned with tall pine trees and native plants. Enjoy the cozy sun terrace for delightful moments with family or friends. There are also shaded areas around the house and a spacious pool terrace with an outdoor shower, perfect for relaxation, sunbathing, and conversations.

This two-story villa spans 300 m² and offers breathtaking landscape views, spacious rooms, and exquisite furnishings. The first-floor rooms provide distant sea views.

On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious kitchen equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, toaster, juicer, kettle, mixer, and all essential kitchen utensils. The kitchen opens to the dining area featuring a large maple wood dining table for 8 people. You can also make use of the JBL Bluetooth speaker in this area.

The ground floor further comprises a shower room/WC and a living room with ample seating for relaxation. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen HD TV, satellite receiver, DVD player, and a selection of DVDs, board games, and books.

The first floor is home to the large master bedroom with a Hästens super king-size bed (210x210) and a stunning garden view. The luxurious bathroom offers a bathtub, shower, bidet, and a captivating view of the pool area and the typical vegetation of the Balearic Islands. The second bedroom, suitable for children, features two queen-size beds (140x200) and grants access to one of the two balconies. This bedroom has its own separate shower room, while the wardrobes for both bedrooms are located in the hallway.

The apartment has a separate entrance and comprises a bedroom with a double bed (180x200) from Ligne Roset and a shower room/WC on the first floor. On the ground floor, a cozy living room provides access to the east terrace, offering a perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned to ensure comfortable sleep during hot summer nights. For the transitional months and winter, underfloor heating maintains pleasant temperatures. Additionally, a closed fireplace in the living area sets the mood for cozy evenings.

The living area features double-wing glass doors that can be opened, seamlessly blending the indoors with the large covered terrace and pool terrace.
