Interior

The villa accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms in the main house and an additional independent bedroom that can be used for staff. The interior features a spacious living area with large sliding doors that open to the pool area, offering breathtaking sea views and sunsets. The fully equipped open kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged: Bedroom 1 has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 2 offers twin beds that can be joined, access to a covered terrace, and an attached bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 3 features a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and access to the pool terrace. Bedroom 4 has twin beds that can be joined, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a private entrance from the pool terrace. Bedroom 5, located in the basement with independent access, includes a double bed and an external bathroom. This room is ideal as a spare bedroom or nanny room, as it does not match the same standard as the others.

Exterior

The exterior boasts a welcoming Mediterranean garden with vibrant colors and several chill-out areas, perfect for socializing with family and friends or enjoying some quiet time alone. The garden features a large pool with sunbeds, an outdoor covered dining area with a barbecue, and a spacious table for everyone to gather and enjoy local specialties.

The villa is conveniently located within walking distance of Cala Vadella beach (150 meters), which is ideal for families and offers several restaurants, shops, and a supermarket. Parking is available on the public street, approximately 50 meters from the house.
