Room 1

Room 2

• Room, Ground level, direct access to the pool, view of the sea. This bedroom has 2 twin beds configurable as a double bed. Bathroom outside the room, private, with shower.

Room 3 - Independent Access:

• Suite, 1st floor, direct access to the terrace, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub. This bedroom includes also TV, private terrace.

Room 4 - Annex:

• Room, Ground level, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. This bedroom includes also TV.

Indoors

This 300 square metres house features solar panels and has pleasant interiors.
Guests can enjoy the living room (with sea view, fireplace, flat screen satellite TV), the dining room (also with sea view and separate from the living room), and the modern well-equipped kitchen (with access to the outside). The first two bedrooms, with direct access to the pool and private bathrooms, are located to the left of the main entrance. The other two bedrooms are independent from the rest of the house and are accessible from the outside. One is on the first floor and has a living room, a fireplace, a bathroom and a private terrace. The second is on the ground floor in a separate building (bungalow) and has a bathroom.

Outdoors

The property extends over 2450 square metres. It has a private access road with electric gate and a parking to ensure privacy and security. Guests can enjoy a pergola with dining area (for 10 people) pleasantly shaded by vegetation, a barbecue and two independent relaxation areas. The villa also has a private saltwater infinity pool (6 x 10 metres).

Staff & Services

The price includes a daily cleaning (from 4-7 p.m.), full change of sheets and towels on Saturdays, weekly Gardener and Swimming pool maintenance (on Wednesdays).
