The Beach Villa

The beach Villa is a spectacular property in the urbanized La Joya just above Cala Llenya near San Carlos. It is situated in a unique location close to the Cala Llenya beach, on Ibiza’s east coast.

All bedrooms have A/C and some have televisions. The house can be heated by the A/C before and after season. The floor heating and the outdoor tiled fireplace heat the house during the winter. The fireplace room provides a space for cuddling by the fire.

Children equipment (crib, highchair) is of course available upon request. Small dogs are also welcome. Please ask us.

At beach Cala Llenya there is a kiosk with gastronomy. Beach Cala Nova and its many restaurants are 10 minutes away by foot. During season, a small supermarket nearby opens for basic supply. More shopping opportunities, pubs and boutiques are in the San Carlos hippy area.

The owners prefer families rather than groups of friends.
