The Beach House Cala LLenya

This comfortable, detached Ibiza Villa for 6 people is situated in a unique location on the Cala Llenya beach, on Ibiza’s east coast. The sea is only about 100m away and the sand beach is directly in front of the pool terrace. The Mediterranean property is completely fenced in and has a total surface area of 1,000m2. There are palm trees and many indigenous plants like bougainvillea and oleander. There is a comfortable BBQ corner for sociable BBQ nights amongst families or friends. Two terraced houses with generous pool terrace provide space to chat, rela and tan.

Interior

It has 140m2 living space over two floors. You enter the house on the top floor and directly enter a light, comfortably furnished living space with satellite television and direct access to the 50m2 breakfast terrace with fantastic sea views. The living room is attached to the dining room, which is connected to the kitchen by a bar. The fitted kitchen is completely equipped. On the top floor there is a double bedroom with en suite toilet and direct access to the terrace, as well as a guest toilet. On the lower floor there is another double bedroom with toilet and a separate studio with a small living room with bedroom and connected bedroom with two single beds and its own toilet. The lower floor also accesses a generous 50m2 terrace with an awning and covered BBQ spot. From here you can access the pool terrace, outdoor pool and pick nick spot. The garden gate leads straight to the beach.

All bedrooms have A/C, which facilitates comfortable sleep in the peak of summer. In the colder months and in winter, the modern inverter a/c system provides comfortable feel-good temperatures.

Washing machine and iron equipment are in the storage room.

Children equipment (cribs, high chair, etc.) is of course available upon request. Small dogs are also welcome (if well trained). Please ask.

Location

At beach Cala Llenya there is a kiosk with gastronomy. Beach Cala Nova and its many different restaurants are 10 minutes away by foot. During season, a small, nearby supermarket opens for basic supply. More shopping opportunities, pubs and boutiques are in the San Carlos hippy area.
