Villa Ses Boques is a spacious villa of 450m² of classic construction with large gardens located on a plot of 10.000m² in Es Cubells. The villa has plenty of space with views of the south coast and Formentera. It is ideal for families who want to enjoy Ibiza in an authentic villa with all the comforts and space for a relaxing holiday.
Bedrooms
Room 1
- Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub, shower. This bedroom includes also private terrace.
Room 2
- Room, Ground level, direct access to the terrace, connecting room. This bedroom has 2 single beds 90 cm configurable as a double bed. , with shower.
Room 3
- Room, Ground level, direct access to the terrace, connecting room. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private. This bedroom includes also private terrace.
Note
- We have an extra bed in the green room and the option for 2 more sleeping in the moroccan room.
- The 4th bedroom is an outside studio. Lovely in the nature, with view to the lemon trees and sea. It has a bathroom outside, like in Bali. A shower between trees and flowers.
- It is an air conditioned room and is equipped with a little coffee machine from Nespresso and a fridge
Indoors
Main floor
- Living-dining room has access to the side terrace and to the main terrace. Table for 8-10 people. TV (Sony) with Astra satellite. Large sofas.
- Well equipped kitchen with gas stove, electric oven (Smeg brand), microwave, dishwasher (Miele), fridge-freezer (Siemens), coffee machine (Jura brand) that uses natural coffee beans, blender, toaster (Smeg brand) and kettle.
- Washing machine in an area adjoining the kitchen.
- Air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
- Entertainment: 2 Sonos Speaker inside
First floor
- Lounge area with Moroccan-style cushions, Haima to relax and enjoy a tea or a drink with friends or family. Small wardrobe with board games and books.
- A little gym area has been set up on the big terrace upstairs with 1 punching bag, dumbbells, yoga mats, yoga blocks, equipment, a toldo and the view is nice.
Outdoors
- Pool of 16m x 5m.
- 5-6 umbrellas around the pool and gardens.
- 8 Deckchairs, 1 big lounge bed.
- 2 outdoor dining rooms with tables for 8-10 people.
- Barbecue Weber Genesis II, Gas, E610.
- 10.000 m2 plot with very large garden.
- Parking for 5-6 cars.
- Entertainment: 1 Sonos Speaker for outside.
Staff & Services
- From 29.06.24 - 31.08.24 the price includes a cleaning service 3 times a week (4 hours per intervention).
- For the other periods, the price includes a cleaning service 2 times a week (4 hours per intervention).
- Final cleaning is included, but the house must be returned in an acceptable condition. On the day of departure you must leave the house in the same state as it was when they arrived. The kitchen, BBQ and all the cutlery that belongs to it, needs to be cleaned and put in place and all garbage needs to be taken out. If this is not the case, a penalty will be charged (amount depending on the additional cleaning caused).
- The water we use in the house is not from Aqualia, because it’s not good. It will be delivered by tracks.
- Guests need to be careful when smoking outside, not to throw cigarettes on the floor.
Location
- The village of Es Cubell is only 5-7 minutes walk away, with supermarket.
- The city of San Jose also has a large supermarket.
- The nearest beaches of the city are 3-4 km away, Es Cubell Beach, Ses Boques, Es Torrent.
- The villa is only 10 minutes drive away is the Cala d'Hort beach with magnificent views of Es Vedra.
- The beach of Cala Jondal, known to host different clubs is 15min.
- The city of Ibiza is located 20 minutes from the villa.
- Ibiza International Airport is 15 kilometers away.
