Beautiful villa of 130m2 built in one level. The villa is located very close to the road of San José to San Antonio, about only 2 minutes by car from the village of San José. The villa has been renovated this year 2018. It is prepared for guests with wheelchair. The villa has an Ibizencan and modern style making it the perfect combination for a holiday villa.

The plot is fenced and has 750m2 which gives an intimacy feeling to the clients. The villa is suitable for families or for couples. It is possible to walk to the village of San José, only about 1,2km. All the beaches of the west coast are only 10 minutes away by car. The bus stop is only 5min away walking.
