A beautiful 6 bedroom authentic finca located on the north coast with superb sea views and over the surrounding hill and countryside. This charming house is located in the unspoiled north of the island only minutes away from the picturesque village of San Juan. The Sant Joan road is renowned for its stellar casts of excellent restaurants, such as the fashionable Bambuddha Grove and La Paloma with gardens and cocktail-bars and you have easy access to the centre of Ibiza Town with its dazzling array of nightlife venues.

Interior

The finca is over 300-years-old and has been restored in a Moorish style. The stone walls and the original wooden Sabina ceilings create a truly eclectic feel. The interior is an eclectic mix of oriental furniture with modern design. All bedrooms are situated around a Moroccan patio with mosaic tiles and a fountain in the middle. The living room has doors that lead to a roofed outdoor living with comfortable sofas.

The south section with two connecting double bedrooms (perfect for families) features a natural stone plunge pool with a roofed lounge terrace and a beautiful outdoor shower and bathroom.

Exterior

The property features an enchanting swimming pool enjoying beautiful sunsets. This rustic property has a bespoke outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a large roofed pool house for your comfort and relaxation. At the pool area, you will find shaded spots, created by olive and palm trees and various sun terraces. The pool house has a table for 12 persons, ideal for long lazy lunches or starlit dinners.
