The fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar, toaster, electric induction hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, wine cellar, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, food processor, juicer etc. The lounge area benefitting from a large screen smart TV, Apple TV and huge sumptuous sofas, has floor-to-ceiling sliding doors providing access to the outdoor dining/chill-out terrace. Other features include – air conditioning throughout except in one of the bedrooms as well as a Bluetooth sound system and WiFi. While the floor tiling stays cool underfoot in the summer, there is also underfloor heating throughout if required in winter.

Exterior

Outside offers several terraces, including the pool terrace where you will find the private pool, luxurious sun loungers, parasols and amazing views. Above the pool terrace, there is a further terrace, boasting a chill-out area with comfortable outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area. The outdoor areas have the use of a sound system.
