Terms & Conditions
- Standard / non-offer pricing includes: daily continental breakfast buffet, cleaning & maintenance - which is built in as part of the guest stay (FYI basic services only/no breakfast on offers).
- Minimum 1 week rentals (ideally Saturday-Saturday)
- We are happy to consider 4 night min stays too (note: cost-per-night is higher rate on stays less than a week)
- Non-refundable 50% deposit payment by bank transfer required at time of booking to secure the reservation, with balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If stay is less than 30 days from the booking date, then 100% payment is required to secure the reservation
- Refundable security deposit against damages required at or prior to check-in- €5,000.
