Split over 2 levels with breathtaking views, our beautifully modernised villa sleeps up to 12 people in comfort, suiting either large families or a group of friends. It features 6 double bedrooms, all complete with en-suite bathrooms, AC, music-dock and LCD TV. The property has Wi-Fi throughout, in & outdoor kitchen/dining areas, large open-plan salon, cosy TV room with large screen, PlayStation & Sky / Netflix (perfect for watching movies/sports or gaming), 2 private swimming pools with large sunbathing areas & poolside hot-tub, table-tennis table & badminton set-up, pool table, fitness-room, study, outdoor yoga-platform, sprawling gardens and chill-out terraces. The only golf course on the island forms part of the nearby landscape.

Terms & Conditions

• Standard / non-offer pricing includes: daily continental breakfast buffet, cleaning & maintenance - which is built in as part of the guest stay (FYI basic services only/no breakfast on offers).
• Minimum 1 week rentals (ideally Saturday-Saturday)
• We are happy to consider 4 night min stays too (note: cost-per-night is higher rate on stays less than a week)
• Non-refundable 50% deposit payment by bank transfer required at time of booking to secure the reservation, with balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If stay is less than 30 days from the booking date, then 100% payment is required to secure the reservation
• Refundable security deposit against damages required at or prior to check-in- €5,000.
