Can Asia

Can Asia is beautifully located high on a hillside in St Agustin with panoramic west facing views to the famous Ibiza sunset, the sea and a lush green valley with small olive farms. This newly renovated 5 bedroom villa makes for the perfect Ibizan holiday home. Close to a whole series of famous beaches (start at Cala Bassa and work your way round), restaurants and easy to access all the dining and dancing destinations that Ibiza offers.

Interiors

The design focuses on a cool and comfortable style inside and out, a fusion of traditional Ibicenco style and contemporary luxury living, decorated with high-end design touches yet with a ‘lived-in’ feeling that makes it easy to kick back and relax.

The house is split over two levels affording privacy and space. On the ground floor you'll find a large open plan L-shaped space with living, dining and kitchen area. There is also a dedicated media room off the main living room with a convertible sofa bed. You'll also find a very spacious bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The first floor has four double bedrooms, all with ensuite bath/shower rooms and all with views to the valley or sea. The master bedroom has its own private terrace.

Upstairs there are two master bedrooms both with super king beds and two other double bedrooms with king beds, all come with en-suites. The downstairs bedroom is supremely spacious its own en suite.

Exterior

The outside entertaining spaces of Can Asia flow seamlessly from the house through large bi-fold doors and offer generous outside living areas. Relax on one of two huge covered polished concrete terraces - either chilling on the inviting daybed with some cool Ibiza vibes on the music system looking onto the pool and garden on the south terrace, or enjoying the sunset and views from the sofas and the huge dining table on the west terrace.
