This luxurious chalet has been designed and built to blend harmoniously into the landscape. Designed by Jean-Marc Mouchet, an architect from the region, it has spacious living spaces with a contemporary design. Located in the exclusive district of Cospillot, close to the slopes and the city centre, it is built and structured around exceptional views.

With a surface area of 717 sq.m and distributed over 5 levels with elevator, it offers 6 spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms for 10 adults and 4 children, including a master bedroom, which is as big as the living room. Each of them is decorated in the colours and shapes of French perfumes,with furniture dressed in notes of gold, silver, white and beige.

The very modern alpine spirit of this chalet combines and intertwines the same elements from one floor to the next: solid wood floors, slit beams in horizontal cladding inside, rough concrete stripping on selected walls, brass touch here and there to awaken the eye, the traditional checkered wool fabric made to dress the chalet windows, subtle associations between suede fabric and wool in each room.

Chalet Elixir has a floor dedicated to leisure facilities: home cinema, bar and wine cellar. The sumptuous and refined spa area opens onto a covered swimming pool visible under the glass floor of the relaxation area and sauna, hammam, indoor jacuzzi, massage room and fitness room.
