Villa Vicara is a Provençal hamlet composed of a main villa with 4 bedrooms, a guest house with 1 independent bedroom, and a caretaker's house. This represents 320 square meters of living space and 200 square meters of outdoor living spaces, all on 4,800 square meters of wooded and landscaped land of Mediterranean essences overlooking the vineyards of the Belle Isnarde hill (dominant sea view of the Baie des Canoubiers and Château Borelli).

The villa is equipped with an alarm system, remote surveillance, fiber optic internet, and WIFI throughout the property. The main villa has several living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

Outdoors: The property has 5 parking spaces, carefully designed outdoor living areas with sea views, and a Mediterranean garden. Guests can enjoy an outdoor lounge, a covered outdoor dining room, a bar and barbecue, a petanque area, a pergola, and a Moroccan lounge as a SPA and massage area. The villa also has a covered gym with AC and a free-form heated outdoor pool (12m x 5m), with a pool house, sunbeds, and parasols.

Staff & Services: A Property, Concierge, Travel & Lifestyle Manager is available 24/7, and a Housekeeper is available daily for breakfast, cleaning, and laundry.
