Villa Amelia offers an exceptional living experience, combining modern design with stunning sea views and luxurious comfort. This recently renovated 300 sqm villa is located in a peaceful residential area of Cannes, providing expansive views of the Mediterranean Sea from many of its rooms and the gardens.

The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen and a spacious living room that leads directly to the main terrace, offering breathtaking panoramic sea views. The living area also opens to the pool and garden. Three of the villa’s bedrooms are located on this floor.

On the first floor, the master suite is complemented by a games and cinema room, providing a perfect retreat for both relaxation and entertainment.

The second floor features a large bedroom with a private terrace, offering magnificent views of the sea.

Exterior

The outdoor spaces of Villa Amelia are just as impressive as the interiors, with an expansive garden featuring majestic parasol pines and fruit trees. The garden also boasts a saltwater pool (11x5 metres) with sea views, a BBQ area, and several outdoor seating areas, perfect for dining or lounging in the Mediterranean sun.
