Villa du Cap is an opulent staffed luxury villa just a few hundred meters from the sea in Saint Florent, one of Corsica's most enchanting villages. The property, surrounded by cypresses, eucalyptus, pines, and Mediterranean shrubbery, boasts a path leading to the shoreline and the bay of Saint Florent. The estate is adorned with olive trees, some over four centuries old. A hard court tennis court and a sprawling 235m² swimming pool enhance the panoramic terrace, adorned with vegetation, sunbeds, and a beach umbrella.

Bedrooms:

• Main House:

  1. Master bedroom with double bed (160cm) and en-suite bathroom at the pool entrance.
  2. Master bedroom (Green room) with double bed (160cm).
  3. Master bedroom (Yellow Room) with two beds (90cm each, separable or joinable).
  4. Master bedroom (Blue room) with two beds (90cm each, separable or joinable).
  • All bedrooms in the main house have A/C and WiFi.

• Guest House:

  5. Bedroom with double bed (160cm).
  6. Two bedrooms, each with two beds (90cm, separable or joinable).
  7. Smaller room with two beds (80cm, not joinable, twin bedroom).

Indoors:

• Main House (500m²): Entrance hall, guest toilets, spacious kitchen, pantry, laundry room, service room with bathroom, large living room, small drawing room with a fireplace, TV, 4 air-conditioned master bedrooms each with a bathroom, toilets, dressing room, patio, and terrace.

• Guest Pavilion (140m²): Living room with TV, kitchen opening onto a large terrace, 4 double bedrooms, three bathrooms, and laundry room. Also features a large roof terrace.

• Caretaker's House (140m²).

Outdoors: The swimming pool is accessible directly from inside the house. A large iroko terrace overlooks the pool and the sea, accompanied by an iroko pergola and a barbecue. The roofs are designed as terraces with lighting and vegetation.

Staff and Services:

• In August, services include a chef (including shopping), two maintenance/service employees, and a gardener.
• Other months (April, May, June, Sept., Oct., Nov.) include a chef and one other employee.
• Groups exceeding 10 people require an additional maid for 4 hours a day (not included in the price).

Location: Situated in Northwest Corsica in Saint Florent bay, 2km from the village, 30 minutes from Bastia airport, and 35 minutes from Bastia ferry port. The property extends over 15.5 hectares, offering a unique view of the sea, Saint Florent bay, the city, port, citadel, Cap Corse, and the Agriates desert, with complete privacy and no visible neighbors.
