TE MANU was launched by Codecasa in 1998, featuring a timeless design by Codecasa and Franco Della Role. The yacht has undergone several upgrades over the years, ensuring the yacht is kept in pristine condition and maintaining her reputation as one of the most popular charter yachts on the market.

In 2019 she underwent her 20-year special survey, including, full repaint, varnish the wood floors, new teak decks, new carpet in master and VIP staterooms, new bed linen, upgrade to WiFi, update tenders and review of toys, new galley, new fridges and freezers, new navigation equipment, new generators & new fire alarm system.

12 guests can be accommodated in six luxurious staterooms, including a full-beam master stateroom on the main deck, along with an additional queen double stateroom. The remaining 4 staterooms are on the lower deck and include 2 king double staterooms and 2 twin staterooms, which also have additional pullman berths, allowing for great flexibility in the sleeping arrangements.
