Upstairs is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a large deck with lounge furniture. In the middle of the 3 floors is a spacious kitchen and a large living area. And a terrace with dining table, BBQ and a large couch. At the bottom of the luxury villa are another 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to the pool. All 3 floors are accessible by lift.
From the large pool terrace with lounge area extends a breathtaking sea view – where you can marvel at breathtaking sunset. The absolut highlight is the direct sea access to a small bay with jetty from the lower garden, by a walk of about 200 meters. Your own yacht can be berthe there should you so require.
Cala Moli beach is also just a 5-minute walk away. The villa is completely alarm-protected and has 2-3 parking spaces.
Next to the large pool, there is a second small pool for children, as well as a Yoga Zone in the garden.
