Villa Kalia Interior

The charming interior is a combination of minimalist architecture with provincial beach house elements. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with modern appliances gives onto a living room space which has direct access to the waterfront swimming pool and its terraces.

Exterior

Directly in front of the villa is a private lagoon-like infinity swimming pool, next to a large wooden shaded pergola. On the backside of the villa is a beautiful dining area + traditional wood fire BBQ which is perfect for entertaining guests.

The luxury Mykonos villa is a stone-built exclusive property constructed by natural materials in line with the surrounding landscape, boasting unique designs in a secluded and quiet location.

There is a private path which leads directly to the beach in 5 minutes. The private land where the property is located is on a dead-end small street, offering a truly peaceful setting.

Note: The last section of the access road (800 meters) to this property is on a winding unsurfaced road. There are drops and low walls around the pool area so children should be supervised at all times.
