Exteriors
The most dominant feature of the property is undoubtedly the large infinity pool (15m x 3.5). There is also a large outside lounging and dining area (12 seats) for all guests to enjoy. For when the sun is beating down at lunch, fire up the BBQ and enjoy lunch under the beautiful pergolas
Interiors
The interior spaces are designed in a minimalist fashion that is filled with Greek sunlight. On the entrance level, you’ll find an open-plan fully furnished kitchen which has direct access to the outdoor dining area. There is also a living room with TV, and sea view. The master bedroom is located on this level with a queen-size bed, TV, safe box, amazing sea and town views, large windows, spacious open-plan en-suite bathroom with a rain shower. You’ll also have direct access to the outdoor area via the balcony doors. Additionally, there are three en-suite bedrooms which are located on the independent lower level all connected by a corridor.
Finally, there’s a guest house which boasts a large bedroom with a queen-size bed, closet, safe box, lounge area, sea views, en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and access to the outdoor areas.
