Villa Ermeline

Nestled in the heart of the village of Veyrac, Villa Ermeline is an extraordinary retreat that seamlessly combines the exclusivity of a 12th-century building, meticulously renovated in 2020 by the acclaimed Chef Gilles Dudognon, with high-end hotel services available upon request. Sheltered by ancient stone walls, this historical residence, featuring a tower and remnants of its moat, has been reconstructed post the French Revolution and recently revitalized in an elegant fusion of authenticity and modernity, spanning three impressive floors.

This remarkable 500m² residence accommodates up to 16 people, featuring two bedrooms and three suites. Each suite includes a master bedroom with a spacious open living area, a secondary bedroom, and a bathroom. The former library has been transformed into a reception room, and the Chateau Tower now serves as a tasting cellar. The villa is equipped with a professional Gaggeneau kitchen, a social area with a bar and pinball machine, a reception room, and a grand dining room.

Situated in an extensive one-hectare park adorned with centuries-old trees, Villa Ermeline stands proudly beside a Colombier Bridge, designated as a Historic Monument. The property is fully enclosed and features private parking. Guests can also enjoy the fruit tree garden and an 18-meter-long heated outdoor swimming pool.
