- There is no front desk on this site. That being said, all of our properties are equipped with a digital lock, and your access code will be sent to you one day before your arrival. In case you need any assistance, we have on-the-ground staff.
- End-of-stay cleaning is included, but you can request cleaning and laundry services during your stay. Linen, towels, and bath mats are provided.
- Please respect our friendly early-bird neighbours and refrain from hosting parties or loud festivities within the property.
- The common areas (including the pool, sauna, and hammam) are open every day during the winter and summer seasons. Please note that they are closed between seasons (approximately around mid-April and the end of June and again between the end of August and the beginning of December).
