Formerly an industrial building, it has been transformed into a modern gem, with open spaces, numerous patios, a spacious garden, and direct access to a wild beach via a private path. The design features sober and relaxed furniture, emphasizing raw concrete softened by warm wood. The villa accommodates 8 people (6 adults, 2 children), creating an intimate setting. The mineral landscape, surrounded by greenery, is enhanced by a long swimming pool stretching in front of the villa.
