The fully air-conditioned villa features a living room with an American kitchen and large bay windows offering stunning mountain and sea views. A guest toilet is also on the ground floor.
Outdoors: Surrounded by a sprawling Mediterranean garden with exotic flora, the villa boasts a heated 14-meter swimming pool, sheltered by an electric shutter. Wooden decks, 12 deckchairs, and shaded areas provide peaceful relaxation. Steps lead to the pool area with a shower and toilet. The fully-equipped summer kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, gas barbecue, and a large table for 10 people.
Staff & Services: The price includes weekly changes of bath and pool linen, one change of bed linen for 2-week stays, weekly cleaning (2 hours/day, Monday to Friday), end-of-stay cleaning, welcome basket, and bathroom samples. The heated pool and air-conditioned villa add to the comfort.
