Riad Zina, an ancient residence in the esteemed Riad Laarouss district, embodies refined Andalusian architectural style. Originally restored by architect Quentin Wilbaux in the late 1980s, it underwent a redesign by the current owners in 2018 and 2019. This venue exudes the warmth of a family home, adorned with furniture and objects that carry design references. Accommodating up to 8 people, Riad Zina is an ideal retreat for adults and teenagers, promising an unforgettable stay in Marrakech.

The ground floor unveils a captivating 100 sqm patio, surrounded by three galleries. The patio retains its classic quadripartite configuration of Islamic gardens, featuring a fountain and four squares adorned with tall palm trees, cacti, and a fig tree. Each gallery serves a unique purpose, housing a small living room, an outdoor dining area, and a spacious seating area with coffee tables and armchairs.

The first floor showcases two additional facing galleries, continuing the elegant design. On the second floor, a large terrace awaits with a sunbathing area, outdoor shower, and a cozy, sheltered lounge. The oculus of the Douria on the first floor is covered by a glass and metal structure with openings, offering a delightful architectural feature visible from the terrace. Riad Zina seamlessly blends tradition with contemporary design, providing an enchanting haven for a memorable Marrakech experience.
