Only 150 meters from the beautiful Flic en Flac beach and lagoon, the villa offers a perfect retreat, with the village center just a 5-minute drive away. The renowned hotels La Pirogue, Sofitel, and Sugar Beach line this picturesque coast towards Tamarin Bay, famous for surfing.
The living areas feature an open-style kitchen fully equipped and connected to a TV-equipped living room and terrace. A thatched roof covers the terrace with a spacious bar area, barbecue, laundry room with a toilet, a rectangular swimming pool (7m x 4m), and a 600m² fully fenced garden.
Housekeeping services are provided from Monday to Saturday for three hours each morning. While the housekeeper handles cleaning, the nearby cook, Raki, can prepare meals, do the shopping, and deliver food to the villa at your convenience. Menus and payments are arranged directly with the cook.
