Fresh Additions: Five Properties Setting the Standard

Between January's booking frenzy and February's quieter pace, exceptional new properties have joined the Bluemoon portfolio. From Marbella's golf valley to Cape Town's dramatic coastline, here are five additions already generating serious interest for the seasons ahead.

The team at Bluemoon has been off to a fast start in 2026. Having handled the booking rush of January, we're always grateful for the quieter rhythm of February. We already have a few large bookings under our belts, notably amongst the peak seasons of June, July, August, and as far out as September. Our in-house supply management team has been working hard to make the world's most exceptional properties available through our platform. As a result, we've sourced some remarkable new homes. Here are a few that caught our attention and are already generating interest for the seasons ahead.

Villa Aurea, Marbella

Nueva Andalucía continues to command premium rates, and Villa Aurea demonstrates why. One of my favourite homes, the 600-year-old olive tree at its centre isn't just a talking point, it anchors 4,000 square metres of grounds that feel genuinely private despite the Golf Valley location.

Nine bedrooms spread across the main house and separate guest quarters work well for the multi-generational groups increasingly drawn to Marbella's year-round appeal. The rates reflect the scarcity: €75,000 to €105,000 weekly for a property that faces La Brisas Golf Club fairways, ideal for golfers in the group, and includes dedicated staff throughout your stay. With its private spa, outdoor jacuzzi and 17-metre pool, what sets Aurea apart is having everything you need with space to disappear and enjoy it all.

Villa 008, Cape Town

Cape Town seems to be very much in vogue at the moment. Bookings have accelerated noticeably, largely driven by clients seeking year-round destinations that offer more than just beaches. Villa 008 is perhaps my favourite addition to Bluemoon's portfolio. Built by SAOTA in 2008, this home represents something increasingly rare: architecture preserved as intended rather than constantly updated.

The owner's decision to maintain the original design, considering it an art piece frozen in time, speaks to a different approach to luxury property, one where integrity matters more than trends. Set against the Twelve Apostles with views across to Lion's Head, the seven-bedroom property captures why Cape Town has moved from occasional consideration to essential itinerary. At €18,900 to €56,000 weekly, it's positioned competitively for a market discovering what insiders already knew: Cape Town delivers sophistication without the European crowds.

L'Ansa, Cannes

Domaine de L'Ansa is one of the largest private estates in Super Cannes at 50,000 square metres it immediately separates it from standard villa offerings. Nine bedrooms across two properties, dedicated cinema, and comprehensive spa facilities position this at €75,000 to €138,750 weekly. The rates reflect both the scale and the reality that properties of this calibre in Cannes remain exceptionally limited.

The separate master suite functions as its own micro-villa, a configuration that works particularly well for lead guests who value proximity without compromising privacy. For clients considering the Riviera, L'Ansa is a prestige offering.e

Knightsbridge Tales, London

A nod to where Bluemoon is headquartered and a property we've recently worked with. Knightsbridge Tales is your quintessential London luxury rental with it's townhouse elegance and contemporary amenities. Five bedrooms, swimming pool and gym facilities in a property within walking distance of Hyde Park and Bond Street.

The combination of traditional architecture with modern facilities addresses exactly what we're seeing in client preferences, a considered approach to heritage with performance. Starting at £15,000 weekly, it reflects what works in London's year-round luxury market.

Villa Maestra, Saint-Tropez

Pierre Plantée remains one of Saint-Tropez's most consistently requested locations, and Villa Maestra captures why. Seven bedrooms, 600 square metres, overlooking Canoubiers Bay with vineyards rolling beyond—Saint-Tropez as clients imagine it should be.

The contemporary design doesn't overwhelm the property's natural setting, and thanks to its position, you're at the beach clubs within minutes. After long days enjoying Saint-Tropez's energy, the villa provides the solitude for calmer evenings.

Setting the Bar

These recent additions reflect what our clients are prioritising: properties that understand their setting, architects who've designed for the location rather than the portfolio, and owners who maintain standards rather than chase trends.
