There are several other terraces at various spots around the house and gardens.\n\nThe second house is a centuries-old finca with beautiful Sabina wood ceilings and many preserved original features. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom, a second kitchen and a small sitting area with a fireplace. Upstairs, there is a double room with a private terrace facing the sea. Next to the main house there is a large lawn dominated by two enormous palm trees and the 10 metre swimming pool, at the far end of which is a large chill-out area with lots of comfortable cushions and a canvas sunshade.\n\nThe house is air-conditioned and there is central heating for the cooler months.
